AEC supported a large multi-plot residential scheme at the ColArt site, coordinating planning information and the discharge of conditions. The masterplan delivers approximately 220 homes—a balanced mix of flats, houses and bedsits—arranged around legible streets, communal courtyards and play space. Apartment cores and townhouse frontages are positioned to maximise daylight and outlook while safeguarding privacy and managing overlooking.
Working alongside the developer and consultant team, we aligned phasing, utilities and access strategies so construction could progress across the two-year programme. We coordinated elevations, materials and technical details to secure approvals, and produced clear schedules to support procurement, handover and long-term estate management.
