A new teaching block for Big Creative Academy creates industry‑inspired spaces for Fashion students, centred around a flexible collaboration hub. We led the project from early sketch options, through pre‑application and planning, into a coordinated technical package ready for procurement and build. The layout optimises daylight, storage and display, while robust finishes support heavy daily use.
During construction we provided project management services to maintain programme, quality and cost control, coordinating with suppliers and the contractor to deliver a calm, professional learning environment that reflects the Academy’s creative ethos.
