About the project

Working as long‑term partners, we delivered a phased estate improvement strategy across East Norfolk College. Packages ranged from sensitive auditorium upgrades to light‑touch courtyard infills that created valuable new teaching areas, culminating in a two‑storey CDT block for wood and metalwork, plus a nursery and animal care facilities.

We secured planning consents at appropriate stages of the programme and coordinated technical information for procurement. Throughout delivery we provided client‑side project management in conjunction with the Principal Contractor, keeping the live campus safe, operational and on programme.
