AEC designed a simulated clinical suite to NHS standards, reflecting real workflows and infection‑control principles. The environment includes an operating theatre and scrub room, training wards, clean/dirty linen routes and a birthing room, enabling hands‑on learning in safely managed settings. Coordination covered HTM/HBN guidance, M&E integration, acoustics and compliant finishes.
We developed a coordinated technical package with the Principal Contractor, aligning programme and budgets to meet T‑Level funding milestones and commissioning requirements.
