About the project

Our team undertook a comprehensive measured survey of existing windows across the hospital estate. Data was compiled into clear schedules with elevations, types and locations, supported by condition grading and photographic records. Findings informed phased replacement strategies, budget planning and access logistics.

We produced a concise condition report with prioritised recommendations to support procurement and minimise disruption to clinical operations during the upgrade works.
